Bottled my 2nd batch of homebrew yesterday. This batch is a Belgian White Ale style - blue moon, hoegaarden flavor. I was able to make 2 1/2 cases of 22 oz. brown bombers with this batch. Looking forward to popping the top off (Emily Dickinson-style) of the first brew in a few weeks. In these harsh economic times I had to outsource beer manufacturing to my self.
